Pensacola/cantonment area. I woke up to no internet.

My modem is lit up except for the online light. I've tried resetting by unplugging and plug back in. Still no internet. The box outside has a green light. And the tech on the cox app is telling g me my box is not connected. Is anyone else having internet issues? Is it due to the tropical storm that just came through this morning?

    Hi BrandonE, I am sorry to hear that your internet is down right now. Based on what you mentioned, I would suggest checking the coaxial cable to make sure the connections are secured finger tight and bypass any splitters if possible.
