I have been trying to get my email account reactivated since Cox has decided to deactivate my email with out any notification and no one is able to help me get my account back. I think it ** that all they did to let their customers know was to post something on their main page. Here is another example of how bad they treat their customers and after over 15 years of services you get shafted.
If anyone knows how to get your f#$%^& email account back please let me know or is it time to switch service providers.
Don't switch service providers, switch email providers.
how far back had you stopped using the account? did you leave cox, then return?
