Velop Mesh WIFI Blocked by COX
Not sure what is going on but I can no longer connect my Velop Mesh WIFI on COX. I can connect via Ethernet and can also connect using an older router but the Velop can not recognize the internet connection any longer.

- Hi Tom D,
If you can connect a computer via hardwire ethernet & an old router works also then the connection is coming through from our end. You may need to try rebooting and resetting your Velop Mesh. You might also want to reach out to Linksys tech support to see if they have any suggestions for you.
