Every night, after night, after night lose the internet between 6 and 7pm

New modem, no change. Seems like a common complaint. Zip 85388. Fix it, Cox.

    We're not showing any reported issues in your area. If you haven't done this particular troubleshooting step, please ensure that all connections are tight and secure. We want to ensure that there are no loose connections causing the disconnects.     Well, thank you Cox. Over two days with no modem reboots. Hope I didn't curse it.
