I have a panoramic router and gig speed.
Is there a way to assign device priorities (e.g., let one device consume more bandwidth over another) or limit bit rate of devices connected to my wifi?

I think you're referring to Quality of Service (QoS). I've read QoS isn't available on Panoramic.
