Keep getting internet drops

At first I thought this was due everyone doing WFH and kids back in school online, but it looks like it may be a bigger issue. This started about a month ago, I get varying degree of packet loss while pinging 8.8.8.8.  When I receive 3-4 lost packets I get dropped from my work's VPN.  I was looking into this further, Cox techs suggested I need to purchase a new modem.  Funny thing is this worked fine until school started again.  Then I looked at my Modem status page today and I find this on my SB6183 after an uptime of 1 day 4 hrs since I rebooted yesterday morning:

I'm concerned about the Uncorrectables on those 4 channels and they continue to go up, not sure what to do going forward.  FW version is D30CM-OSPREY-2.4.0.1-GA-02-NOSH as well. Thanks for any suggestions

EDIT:  SB6183 DOES NOT use the Puma 6 chip.  Thank you WiderMouthOpen for the correction.

ORIGINAL: Not sure if it's the specific cause, but the SB6183 is known to be flawed.  Search "Puma 6 chip" on Google.
