ONT already setup but looks a fright. Can someone help me?!?

I got an apartment and it has an ONT thing already in it. I opened the box where it was located and it has at least three different Ethernet cables in there full of dust and plugged in randomly and blue and black coax cables plugged into a three-way splitter but none connected to the actual Black ONT modem. I don’t know anything about hardware so I’m clueless as to how this is supposed to fit together. I need internet ASAP but a tech can’t come out until next week. Please help.
