Gigablast keeps dropping service

I have a Netgear router - everything had been working great - but starting a few days ago, I keep losing connection and have to unplug the main cable modem and then reboot my router to connect again.

its happening 2-3 times per day.

  • Hello. Do your devices see the wireless network when this issue happens? If so, are there any error messages? Also, please bypass the router and plug a device directly up to the modem to see if that helps. -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator
