Keeps asking for spectrum sign in

Lights are on, Cox can see me online but, when I try to log in, it asks for spectrum activation sign in. I’ve never had spectrum. I was on the phone with support for 29 mins only to be hung up on. I work from home and have been unable to do so for a WEEK! 

Someone help me please
