Early termination fee

Is Cox really taking a stance to charge an early termination fee if you need to down grade in order to save money during this unprecedented time in our lives?

  • Hi Hmarton5962, we're providing flexible payment arrangements and waiving late payment fees for customers impacted by COVID-19. Concerns about early termination fees will have to be discussed with our Billing department. -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator

      Would’ve been nice if that had been mentioned to me when I called this morning about the $28 increase on my bill.  I guess you can’t Offer that help...we have to beg for it.  Typical Cox.
