emails in my inbox disappeared

Last week all of the emails in my inbox disappeared after about a dozen emails from cox stating my storage was full. I’ve been calling cox since last week with no follow up done by cox.  I had critical emails I can not retrace. Is anyone else having this problem?

    Hello, when we receive additional information regarding this escalation, we will follow up with you on social media. All of our email servers have 2 GB of data, with the exception of Ultimate and Gigablast.

    Ultimate: 10 GB
    Gigablast: 15 GB

    Have you tried deleting emails from the trash folder and inbox, to free up space? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

      i see the 10g limit when i check webmail for spam daily.
