Cable Modem Channels available in 92065, Only 20? Gigablast Upgrade

Recently  upgraded to Gigablast in Ramona, CA (92065) but noticed on Ethernet connected speed test of only ~650. Checked my modem settings and saw it was only bonding 20 channels. Does anyone know if only 20 channels are available in Ramona?

@aarongue6, the capability is certainly there for your area. However, your modem levels above channel 20 are outside of our preferred specifications. Can you please make sure there are no loose or damaged connections in the home? Also, do you have any splitters or amplifiers? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator

Hi Kevin. I believe our house only has one splitter in the garage where the service comes in. But no amplifier anymore since we are internet only with cox and only one line is connected in the house.
