My current plan is expiring. I called 3 times and lastly was told to call back in a few weeks for new specials. I was told my bill would only go up by $10 until then. Two days later I received my new bill and it went up $32. I live in Irvine, CA - going to try T-Mobile 5G which will be available in my area soon.
Why did you post in TV and Internet forum? Also, this is a technical forum so billing troubleshooting is outside of scope. I would suggest calling and asking for "retention". Tell them your thinking of switching ISPs and see what they can do.
