Internet lost
My neighborhood has lost internet for the last 6 days. Has come back on after a tech comes but off again after a few hours. EVERYDAY. It's not my equipment as 4 neighbors are having the same problem.

- Hello, I am not detecting any known issues, outages, or any maintenance being conducted in your area at this time. Your modem is not reporting any signal levels to us at the moment though, which is rather concerning.
