High packet loss . VOIP/stream issues

I work from home and a few months ago i started to get  really bad packet loss.

I work from home and rely on  VoIP and Screen sharing tools.

Upstream power  ranges from 24.1 dBmV to 29.5 dBmV  Frequency ranges from 16.9Mhz to 36.3Mhz Symbol rate is 5120

    while just attempting to test Speed/Jitter I got a socket error  and a Jitter reading of 340ms

      Look at that. no call no show for appointment today. Why am i not surprised.😡

      Hello Ljgodzilla, your modem is reporting multiple time out errors and overall poor signal levels at this time. Are there any splitters or signal amps on the cable line going to the modem? -Allan, Cox Support Forums Moderator.

        No splitters that i know of and no Amp's. as far as i know its a straight line to the box outside.
