Worst service I ever seen

They screw me over with prices and won't lower them after they raise.I was on auto  pay and didn't see how much they are charging. I just open my credit card statement and see it was $66 charging only for basic internet plan.Their customer service is bad because the people will argue about your issues instead of listening, Waste of time and money
