I am having an issue where I am losing my connection from 10-30 seconds every few minutes in fact I lost my connection six separate times while attempting this post.. When I look at my Modems Even log I have a stead streams of errors.
Unicast Ranging Received Abort Response - Re-initializing MAC;CM-MAC=08:02:8e:81:81:e8;CMTS-MAC=2c:86:d2:88:a2:3f;CM-QOS=1.1;CM-VER=3.0;
My connection also shows many uncorrectable errors
I have called support a few times and explained my issue and unfortunately the response every time has been an attempt to sell me a new modem. I am highly dubious of this diagnosis considering the information I am seeing above. I have asked for a tech a few times and while the Reps did not outright refuse a visit they certainly did not want to send someone. I guess my question is does this really look like my router is the issue or do I just need to flat out demand a technician.
