New cable

Hi,

After a long month of troubleshooting Cox replaced our outside line between the house and the nearest pole and that fixed our problems. Then they came and dug the new line in. I am not an expert on cabling, but this appears to not be the best work ever done. The box is broken and hanging open, cable going inside the house was nicked and exposed to the weather and several cables are hanging loose. I have waited for a couple of months for a tech to come and fix it, but it appears like it was left this way for good.
