My internet disconnects randomly

Internet disconnects for a few seconds randomly. I have a new Arris SB8200 and Nighthawk ac1600. I have the 1000mbps internet. The disconnects started before the new equipment and upgraded internet. It woulldnt be a big deal but it kicks me from online games on PS4 (hardwired). Ill post the event log below. tried support, but her recommendation was to reset my equipment. Its super frustrating. any help is appreciated.

    Hi, if you haven't already done so, you may want to replace the Ethernet cord used when hardwiring the modem to your laptop to see if that makes any difference. Let us know what happens. -Carol

      Thanks Carol, I tried changing all cat 6 cords to new last night. I also climbed around my attic tracing cables. Didnt see any obvious problem there. Still had the same issues unfortunately.

        Hello, Is your gaming console hard-wired to the modem when experiencing this issue? Does this issue occur when doing other internet-related activities such as streaming, surfing the web or streaming movies? -Kevin M. Cox Support Forum Moderator
