Has Jeremy Johnson (Cox Agent) scammed anyone else?

After Jeremy Johnson scammed me, he offered me a BS deal to fix it and got an attitude when I didn't accept. It's like me stealing your car and when you ask for it back I say NO but I can offer you a ride home!  When you say no, I want my car back, I accuse you of being ungrateful for not accepting the ride!  Jeremy really have some nerve and it's really irresponsible for Cox to employ this individual.
