No matter how many times I try I can't add another secondary user. I can add one at my account but when I try to add his email in Outlook 2016 or thunderbird on his PC it says can't connect to a secure server. I've done this many times in the past. I even took screenshots of my own settings HELP!
I deleted several secondary emails trying to make it work so does this mean I can't reinstate them?
For a short time period after you delete your email account, you can reactivate it if it was deleted by mistake. Login to your account at www.cox.com, go to My Profile > Manage Users, and click the reactivate link next to the email account. Please let me know if you have any trouble.
