COX unable to fix issues after 20 calls and 3 visits.

Not sure what to do, previous Gateway and a new Gateway will not communicate properly with COX.  No issues with signals from COX, I am on the network right now.  When entering cox.com-mywifi it shows good network, good modem and zero devices connected.  There are security cameras that are working, but suddenly with new modem:

one tablet has remained connected 

one laptop has remained connected

all other devices are losing and not gaining authentication.  Signals are good, it's just authentication, no issues with passwords all devices are using the right and only one.

I feel there are several issues compounding, I am confident after 4 days of continuous communications with COX, this is the most complicated issue they have ever seen, and they can't fix it and it's hard to get them to do anything.  Techs come out and can see the gateway on their phone, they really won't look at anything, some won't even enter the home.

I do believe I have nearly enough evidence for a lawsuit.
