Not receiving any email on my cox.net account since July 29, 2019

I have not received any email on my johanna.walker1@cox.net account since July 29, 2019.  I was able to send myself an email at work from my cox email account but when I sent one to my cox.net account from work it never shows up. I have tried accessing my account on my iPhone 7 using Mail, Outlook and on my home computer by logging directly into my cox email account.  No new mail for weeks.

  • Hi Johanna.walker1. Please log into Cox webmail and check how much space you have left. Also, check your settings to make sure that auto-forward isn't set up. If all of this checks out, please send this link along with your complete address and name on the account to cox.help@cox.com to get further assistance.
