I have a Motorola modem that I purchased, not supplied by Cox and I can no longer reach the Modem Information Page 192.168.100.1 I used to be able to access it to check signal levels, etc., but not anymore. Is there a reason for them to be blocking this on customer owned equipment?
Have you tried connecting direct to the modem and trying that IP? Some routers block the 192.168.100.x range.
Also, what model modem do you have?
