Secondary account setup issues with Outlook 2019

I had no issues setting up Outlook 2019 with my primary Cox e-mail account.  I use IMAP with the primary ID.  I am not able to set up Outlook with any of our secondary e-mail accounts using POP or IMAP.  The only way to access these secondary accounts is through the awful Cox webmail client.  Surely someone has seen this issue before!  I'm not spending $10/mon to fix a Cox e-mail issue.  I'll cancel my Cox service before I ever do that.  I'm seriously beginning to question my move,,,,,,,,
