Is the main account profile section of the site broken today or is it always broken?

I've tried to access my account profile to fix the absurd spelling error in my name and found that "something went wrong", but when I reload the page, it remains broken, not that I actually thought reloading the page would fix anything. Is this the normal behavior for the Cox site?

I've tried the "live" chat, which is a joke, apparently the algorithm is to throw up random questions until you find one you like. The offer to chat with a live person is shallow as no live person ever responds.

    I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with your profile. I'd suggest starting out by clearing the browser's cookie/cache and see if you're still having problems accessing your profile. You can also try using our Cox Connect Mobile app to access the same account information.
