Can not send email from my cox account when not on cox wifi at home - both from my macbook and iphone. I have spoken with Cox customer service about two weeks ago...no resolution at all. Problem still persists.
This started happening to me in mid-April. I spent more than an hour on the phone with Cox Customer care. They were stumped and escalated my issue but I never heard back. Please reach out to me.
