Cox Web Mail

I'm getting the following error when accessing my web mail. Earlier, someone received an e-mail from my account that I did not send asking them to look at a website. I changed my password after this but am getting the following error:

Error

The connection to remote server 127.0.0.2 was refused or timed out while attempting to connect. Please try again later

  • We are aware of an issue impacting some customers from accessing email. We are working to restore service as soon as possible.

  • My email has been down for two weeks. Today though has been the worst by far.

    I'm having the same problem on a secondary account.  Was told it could take 2 months to fix issues with emails
