COX dropping internet for 20 seconds up to two or three times an hour

Since christmas (2018) my COX service drops for 20 seconds around 9 to 10.30 am most days. I have reported it several times but the network does not improve.

    I had that problem initially when I subscribed to COX. Not as often as you. They analyzed it and said I needed a new cable from the pole to the house. They came out and replaced it for free. Zero problems since. Good luck.
