Web mail says I have 1 new mail in the "INBOX". I don't.

Hi Chevylover, to mark all of the emails in the Inbox as read, click on the hamburger icon to the right of your Inbox folder. Select "Mark all messages as read." -Becky, Cox Support Forums Moderator
