I can't copy and paste into a new email. If I choose the "Plain text" option I can paste, but as soon as I change back to HTML the text disappears. This has been going on now for 3 days. I have notified Tier 2 Cox support who confirmed with a test in various browsers that pasting is not working. This seems like an important feature. Anyone else having this problem?
I have tested this on my end and I am no longer experiencing the issue with pasting in HTML. Are you able to test this and let me know if this is still occurring? I am still seeing it listed as a known issue, but looks like it maybe either resolved or close to being resolved for everyone.

Seems to be working, but I have seen it work (copy/paste to HTML) and then stop working a bit later.
Can you check with the developer and see if a fix was actually installed to fix this?
This is still not working for me. Very occasionally, it will seem to work in a REPLY TO ALL email. But, I just tested it in a NEW, COMPOSE email and it doesn't work.
Have cleared cache, cookies, etc.
TWO MONTHS AND COUNTING, THIS STILL NEEDS TO BE FIXED. SHOULD NEVER HAVE HAPPENED IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
