OK...I can confirm. Does the same thing for me. Looks like the authentication servers haven't been redirected to the new domain. IDM.cox.net should be webcdn.cox.com. It's broken alright.

No, you could email or call Cox and report it. Or try DSLReports. This is a user forum and I am another user. I saw another thread with the 500 error, and thought I would mention it. BTW, you're welcome.
