I keep a Cox email account open to monitor alerts via my iPhone X and iPad Pro2 but not in Outlook on my pcs.
Lately, I have been inclined to close that email account because for several weeks I am flooded with SPAM.
Is there a fix for this by Cox or a solution that I missed?
wow i thought it was just me, i have had cox for almost 20 years and i have never had such bad spam every single day, usually 3 or 4 at a time and i forward them to cox and they still come back.
firstname.lastname@example.org - this is just one of the email addresses today i got. I have it blocked but it will come back and i will mark it as spam but still arrives the next day advertising simplisafe or senior care or trump care or crepe erase - 25 years ago my email was @excite and then a few years later cox was created and they changed my email to cox.net and i haven't had any issues until now
