LG EnV Touch VX11000 unable to access Cox email

I tried to reset all accounts and tried the three servers East, West, and Central.

  • I saw that page a few days ago. It does not help in my case. My phone is not that advanced and will not allow me to change the server address. It gives me the same three servers that were already there before this outage. Cox and Verizon need to be in sync.
