Is this a legitimate email from Cox Alert Team?

When you click on the "HERE" tab it takes you to a very shady looking site asking for passwords and such.  I don't think this is a legitimate email from Cox but wanted to double check since I don't want my account to close.


Dear Cox E-mail Holder,

Cox Internet Security Department have detected some security problem on your Cox E-mail account, and this might lead to your account closure if immediate action is not taken.

Click HERE and re-validate your account information to resolve this problem.
