Cancel Peacock Premium using Contour DVR
Hello, Trying to cancel Peacock subscription that was signed up via Cox Contour DVR. The published instructions do not apply to my set up. No tile or app titled "Manage My Subscriptions" exists, as outlined in the Cox KB article: https://www.cox.com/residential/support/canceling-streaming-subscription-service.html#:~:text=Using%20the%20arrow%20buttons%2C%20highlight,to%20cancel%2C%20then%20press%20OK.&text=3-,Using%20the%20arrow%20buttons%2C%20highlight,My%20Subscriptions%2C%20then%20press%20OK.&text=Using%20the%20arrow%20buttons%2C%20highlight%20Unsubscribe%2C%20then%20press%20OK. I have Complete Care, so I can try to arrange a tech to the home to navigate the menus for me, as I am elderly, but hoping for another set of eyes from another Community Member to help me here on where to navigate on the Contour Remote and DVR. Thanks!4Views0likes0CommentsWhy does my CONTOUR UPDATE daily?
This is frustrating. I see no reason why the contour box should update every single day, each time it updates it freezes my contour box/TV. I have to reset everything. Is there something wrong with the box or is this normal? I should think an update once a week would be plenty.25Views0likes1CommentContour Just Hangs and Hangs
Spent over an hour with Cox tech support on this with no success. Here are the symptoms: when accessing watchtv.cox.com = the screen just hangs with the message "Contour TV Now connecting to your entertainment experience." When using the Contour App -- same result. The problem only exists on one specific Windows 10 desktop. I am able to access Contour TV (browser and app) from other devices. I am using the Edge browser, but I get the same problem with the Chrome browser. I have tried all the obvious solutions: deleted all browsing data, passwords, etc., deleted and reinstalled the Contour App, rebooted the cable router, disabled antivirus/antimalware. Nada. The only thing I can figure is that there is some entry in the Windows registry that is the source of the problem. There are a handful of entries for Contour and watchtv.cox.com, but I am not adventurous enough to just start deleting registry entries (not yet anyway). Any suggestions? Muchos gratias.Solved77Views0likes8CommentsEmail Transition - Lost Outlook Subfolders
Hey all, I transitioned to Yahoo today and established credentials and everything without a hitch. (I didn't use the password generation, FYI) The problem is I cannot see my many inbox subfolders in Outlook anymore. If I log in to Yahoo webmail they're there, but they're flat-out missing in Outlook. Does anyone know of the fix for this? TIA, Steve128Views0likes6Comments- 51Views0likes1Comment

Cox email switch to Yahoo disaster
I have spent the entire morning, plus 3 phone calls, re "EMAIL transition". I have Outlook Cox email needing transition to Yahoo. Online discussions/Reddit, etc. states Yahoo does not accept Outlook transition. I also see some customers after much time/effort were able to do this. Customer service could not complete transition to Yahoo from Outlook (rep did try with no success), but suggested for $10 mo for Cox Help they could help me. This is the LAST STRAW....I have been a customer of Cox for 30 years with many ups/downs.....however, this EMAIL TRANSITION is a disaster. I can now only access my email thru the Cox email web; Outlook email does not work at all. I will be changing all services including internet, cable, phone, email @ $235 monthly bill ASAP.734Views2likes14CommentsPanoramic WiFi app in continuous loop
I have seen a few other people with this issue with no resolution. We upgraded our plan and had a new router installed today, I was told by the installer the only way to change the network name is through the panoramic WiFi app, however it will not let me login. I have deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times all with the same result. When I click the login link, it takes me to the cox site to put in my credentials which I do. It then kick back to the app sign in screen to start the process all over. This is a continuous loop - has anyone found a solution for this or is there a different way to access my router settings?93Views0likes8Comments
