Contour app stopped working on IPad after upgrade to IOS 15.5

Contour app stopped working on IPad after upgrade to IOS 15.5.The app loads normally and goes through all the steps to view a channel and even displays the channel that I've selected, then just goes black with the TVAPP-00250 displayed.  I have re-installed the Contour app numerous times and still no help. I've also chatted online with Cox techs and this was REALLY no help. Please don't just blow this question off. I really don't want to try to switch services but I may have no choice If I don't at least get an answer.

    I am sorry to hear that the app isn't working since you updated. Since you have already gone through reinstalling the app, we may need to get a ticket set up for you. To do that, we ask that you email us at cox.help@cox.com with your service address and a link to this forum thread.
