Reset or reinstall Paramount plus app?

I have reset my modem and contour box twice. Then signed out/Signed in to my paramount plus account, then selected Star Trek Discovery episode and get "ERROR Something went wrong. Try again later Error - OK".

The program begins in the dark background but when I select OK it goes back to episode selection. Keep getting same result on other paramount shows.

How can I reset or re-install the app?
