Unable to use the Contour PP

I have not been able to use the Cox Contour APP for over a month now.  One day it asked me to log in…so I clicked on the button, then it asked for my “University” and a University ID/PW…  I already called Cox Tech Support…no help.  They “worked” with me for about 3 hours on a virtual chat, said they had no idea, opened a ticket and would get back with me in a couple days…that was over a month ago!!!  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the APP several times.  Has anyone else every even heard of this issue before?

    I am sorry to hear that you have had issues using the Contour app. If you would like, we can take another look into that with you. To get started with that, we do ask that you email us at cox.help@cox.com with your service address and a link to this forum thread.
