Unable to use the Contour PP

I have not been able to use the Cox Contour APP for over a month now.  One day it asked me to log in…so I clicked on the button, then it asked for my “University” and a University ID/PW…  I already called Cox Tech Support…no help.  They “worked” with me for about 3 hours on a virtual chat, said they had no idea, opened a ticket and would get back with me in a couple days…that was over a month ago!!!  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the APP several times.  Has anyone else every even heard of this issue before?
