Webmail sorting issues.

Every time I sort messages by sender the Cox webmail website https://myemail.cox.net the page randomly resorts the mail automatically and out of order.  I cant group emails in order to delete them in  large blocks.  It does this on Firefox 64bit and Chrome 64 bit.  Any fix for this?  I've tried allowing all permissions including cookies, Flash, Java, Images and Popups.
