iPhone not recognizing input of password

A Cox rep deleted my email when changing the name on my account. I reactivated it and now the emails are not going to my iPhone saying the password was not input. The emails are on the web portal, however...can anyone help?

  • The password for your email on your iPhone should be the same as you use to login to webmail. If you are still experiencing trouble please email our team at cox.help@cox.com so that we can take a closer look.
