mobile sign in

For the past month I have been unable to sign in to the COX mobile app. I keep getting "We are experiencing technical difficulties".

This issue exist on iPhone 8+ and iPad Air. Both work previously.

I have deleted and re installed on both devices with no change. 

I can sign in to the Web app.

When will this be resolved? 

  • Hi Dale, I'm sorry you've been having issues with the Cox App. First off, please make sure you are using the "Cox App", not the "Cox Mobile App". Also, since a major update to the Cox App was rolled out on October 30th, 2020, it might be a good idea to delete the app and make sure you're installing the most recent version of the Cox App from the app store.
