HBO MAX

This is the message im getting when trying to sign into HBO MAX


"It appears that your Cox subscription does not include HBO Max, or that you are attempting to sign in without the Primary Account username and password. HBO Max is available free to Cox Primary Account holders who subscribe to HBO."

    Hello,

    If you're not currently subscribed to HBO through your Cox Account, then you may sign into My Account www.cox.com/residential/home.htmland and below TV click upgrade service to add HBO, or subscribe through the Contour 2 receiver. Once the subscription is added, you may sign into HBO website or App with your Cox primary credentials.

      What are the Cox Primary credentials nowadays?  It used to be an email address, but is it now just the user ID only?
