Cox App

Modem shows resetting and will not clear, I am a fiber customer with symmetrical gig service. No docsis modem to reset. Latest app version is stuck in a cycle of unsuccessful modem resets :(

      Did not help. My wife's phone's app does the same thing. The issue is within your system as it is trying to reboot a modem that does not exist, I have an ONT

        You are correct. Your app will not reboot your ONT. Your ONT can not be rebooted like a modem. Your modem/router attached to the ONT can be rebooted.
