I usually use my mobile app to view my HomeLife cameras. Today, I did not have my phone with me so I tried to connect via my browser on my PC. I got a message that the URL that I have used in the past could be reached. I contacted tech support to find out the problem. The tech support person gave me a web address, which I tried several times without sucess. He checked with some colleagues and found out that now HomeLife can be reached ONLY by the mobile app! Hey Cox, what is up with that? You just drop access via browsers!? And your tech support is not informed? Do you have plans to return browser access to HomeLife?
