I have searched the forum and did everything that the other people were asked to do. It worked fine last night, but it’s not working today. It is very sporadic. I never know from day to day if it will work. My iPad has been updated with the latest iPad OS. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. My router has been rebooted. please advise.
Mine has not worked in over a month. Can someone please tell me when this app will be fixed? This is beyond ridiculous.
Allan App worked fine for a month or so for me. Then it froze one evening. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I can’t get past the get started option, the button is grayed out, won’t let me press it. I am trying to reinstall on an iPad. Any suggestions?
An iPad Air, same thing now happens on my iPhone 10
you provided above, takes me to the same “get started” option. An error message pops up and tells me”something isn’t right, you must not be connected to the internet...”. I am connected via WiFi. Then it says it is going to reset the app, then nothing happens. The get started button is gray, not light blue.

I have deleted the contour app. When I click on the ‘watch tv live’ button through this link, and through my account, it wants to launch the app and then I get the error message. Can I take my devices into a cox store and have them look at this?
