Recently my bundle was deleted and I immediately called the Customer Service and the representative helped me to regain my inexpensive COX bill stating that it was "fixed." I recently received another bill that still included the enormous monthly charge of $300. He did not fix it and this is irritating since I can not receive any credit for last month for my reduced package and payment. 

What do I do now?
