Contour App - No CNN - PHX Market

Hello,

CNN displays just a black screen.

Android App on my phone and tablet.

Phoenix Market 85383 Channel 36

I'm able to see other channels ok.

    MarkW, I tried this CNN on the watchtv.cox.com for TV watching on computer and got the same as the App for CNN (#14 in SoCal).  For the tv, go to the box icon on the lower rt next to the gear.  Open and slide the secondary audio on.  Wait for a refresh or a "attempting to resume" screen message.  I got the tv to work.  There are many others that didn't work for tv.  I participated in another post about sound, be it for watchtv...maybe the App has the same problem for COX.   https://forums.cox.com/forum_home/tv_forum/f/tv-forum/23421/cox-contour-on-browser-has-no-sound-for-home-but-does-for-tv-go

    See if this SAP toggle works.  Also, if there is no SAP, try the Video Description slider.  Wait for a Resume....let us know.

        Hey Becky,

        Yes, I just reset the SAP as ekhawaii suggested, and now CNN audio and video work just fine.
