The Cox Connect app has a feature called Message Us. Which is supposed to allow you to get support from a representative. Unfortunately, the feature is broken and no one is interested in fixing the issue.
When you try to “resolve” the issue, nothing happens. Your old conversation will not go away, and the app tells you that you cannot create a new message without resolving the prior one.
I am posting this here because my previous attempt to notify Cox of the outstanding issue has been unresolved since 03/01/2019.
As a result of no follow up, I have included the issue in the Apple Store feedback review for the app.
